Licensed clinical therapist in Arlington, Virginia

If you’ve ever felt misunderstood by a therapist or left a session thinking that didn’t help at all, you’re not alone — and you’re not the problem.

Traditional therapy approaches don’t always work for those of us with neurodivergent brains. That’s why I do things a bit differently.

My approach is strengths-based and empowering. We'll work together to figure out what's holding you back, tap into your strengths, and build a life that brings you joy and fulfillment.

Understanding the challenges you are facing is key to overcoming them. When we work together, I will always explain how and why different treatments work for different conditions. I can also help you understand why certain therapy approaches may not have worked in the past.
