I conduct online therapy using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth sessions are available to clients located in Virginia.

You can show up in your coziest clothes with your fidget toy, tea, or cat in your lap—whatever makes you feel most comfortable!
Some tips:
When scheduling appointments and picking a place to settle in for your virtual sessions, look for ways to minimize interruptions. Sometimes, a simple “do not disturb” post-it note on the door is all you need.
If possible, leave your cell phone in another room, put it on airplane mode, or temporarily silence notifications.
Consider using a sound machine if others will be home at the time of your appointment.

Therapy intensives

Therapy intensives are extended, focused sessions designed to help you make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Instead of spending weeks (or months) circling the same patterns, we create space to really understand what’s going on and start making meaningful progress.
For many neurodivergent adults, weekly therapy can feel like starting over every time. You spend part of the session remembering what happened, part of it trying to get into the right headspace, and just as you’re getting somewhere…time’s up. Then there’s a week (or more) where life takes over, the thread gets lost, and you come back to do it again.
Therapy intensives are designed to interrupt that cycle.
Instead of spreading the work out in small pieces, we create a dedicated block of time to go deep and build momentum while your brain is engaged. Therapy intensives allow more space to understand what’s happening and begin to shift things in a meaningful, grounded way.
This is especially helpful if you:
Feel stuck in therapy or like you’re not getting traction
Struggle with consistency, scheduling, or follow-through
Want to work through something specific
Are struggling with burnout and need intensive support

I provide neuro-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults. In addition to a clinical interview, we will use a combination of evidence-based screeners and assessment tools to better understand your strengths, challenges, and needs. We will also look at other possible differential diagnoses that may be co-occurring.
