We will work together to create a plan tailored to your unique strengths, needs, challenges, and goals.
Depending on your needs and goals, we will likely meet once a week or every other week.
At our sessions, we will spend time discussing the topics that are important to you, as well as learning new information and skills.

I conduct online therapy using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth sessions are available to clients located in Virginia.
What are the benefits of online therapy?
Easier access to care
No need to fight traffic or find parking
No need to cancel due to bad weather
Flexibility to choose a therapy space that makes you feel comfortable
You can show up in your coziest clothes with your fidget toy, tea, or cat in your lap—whatever makes you feel most comfortable!
Some tips:
When scheduling appointments and picking a place to settle in for your virtual sessions, look for ways to minimize interruptions. Sometimes, a simple “do not disturb” post-it note on the door is all you need.
If possible, leave your cell phone in another room, put it on airplane mode, or temporarily silence notifications.
Consider using a sound machine if others will be home at the time of your appointment.
Bring your fidgets and make yourself comfortable!

Diagnostic evaluations

I provide neuro-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults. In addition to a clinical interview, we will use a combination of evidence-based screeners and assessment tools to better understand your strengths, challenges, and needs. We will also look at other possible differential diagnoses that may be co-occurring or look similar to the criteria for ADHD and/or Autism.
