  • I conduct online therapy using a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Telehealth sessions are available to clients located in Virginia.

What are the benefits of online therapy?

    • Easier access to care

    • No need to fight traffic or find parking

    • No need to cancel due to bad weather

    • Flexibility to choose a therapy space that makes you feel comfortable

    • You can show up in your coziest clothes with your fidget toy, tea, or cat in your lap—whatever makes you feel most comfortable!

    Some tips:

    • When scheduling appointments and picking a place to settle in for your virtual sessions, look for ways to minimize interruptions. Sometimes, a simple “do not disturb” post-it note on the door is all you need.

    • If possible, leave your cell phone in another room, put it on airplane mode, or temporarily silence notifications.

    • Consider using a sound machine if others will be home at the time of your appointment.

    • Bring your fidgets and make yourself comfortable!

  • I offer in-person therapy services at my office in Arlington, which is convenient to the Rosslyn Metro station.

    • It’s safe to unmask here. Bring your whole, authentic self to therapy.

    • Bring your fidgets (or borrow mine) and make yourself comfortable!

    • Want to do some coloring or sketching while we talk? Just let me know. I love bringing out the art supplies!

Diagnostic evaluations

  • I provide neuro-affirming ADHD and Autism evaluations for adults. In addition to a clinical interview, we will use a combination of evidence-based screeners and assessment tools to better understand your strengths, challenges, and needs. We will also look at other possible differential diagnoses that may be co-occurring or look similar to the criteria for ADHD and/or Autism.
